CBS Electrical is looking for an office administrator for full time employment. CBS is a locally owned electrical contractor that has been in business for 10 years and has completed many projects throughout Vancouver Island. This job is full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm located 5 min from downtown in newly renovated office. Salary is dependent on experience, starting at $18-22 per hour with room for growth. Job Duties to include. * Answering customer phone calls/emails * Tracking/Entering invoices into system * Maintaining employee information * Organizing and ordering supplies for the office * Running payroll reports * Managing A/P, A/R and taking payments * Maintaining insurance/benefits packages * Schedule and dispatch employees for service calls * Assist project/service managers with admirative tasks What we are looking for in an applicant. * QuickBooks experience is an asset * Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, adobe * Efficient communication with customers and employees * Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment * Reliable and have an attention to detail * Experience with social media * Excellent customer service See what our customers have to say about the CBS team on our google reviews.
