$1,400 · Mature Renters ISO 1-2 Bedroom Longterm Rental

We are seeking 1-2 bedroom long term rental unit with a yard. Must be dog friendly as my partner and I are looking to get a dog. My partner is doing research on sticklebacks at the University of Victoria so closer to that area is preferred but happy in Saanich, Central Saanich, Langford, James Bay, Esquimalt, or places within a 30 minute commute. About Us: We are mature 28 and 26 year old individuals who don't smoke or party. I am finishing my Computer Science degree at UVic this fall after having worked in IT for the last 1.5 years (happy to help with any computer related problems you may have) and my partner is pursuing her 2nd Degree in Biology at UVic. I already have work lined up for after my graduation in December, we're looking for place to stay until at least December 2022, potentially longer if the place is right. As mentioned we don't party, but once restrictions and vaccinations have made their rounds we would appreciate a space that allows us to have friends over for board game nights. We do not play any instruments or play music loudly - we're usually asleep by 9:00 pm due to our busy schedules so a quiet household would be preferred. We want to get a dog in the next few months and have previous dog ownership experience. Yard space for us to play with the dog and also to have somewhere to store our canoe is high on our priority list. Why we want to move : We would like to get a dog and our house has recently changed property managers and is no longer considered dog friendly.
