Manager of Finance & Administration

Looking for a full-time individual to join the team at Oceanview Mechanical. The ideal candidate possesses professional expertise, great communication and has the ability to forecast and manage the quick, strong growth of the business. Responsibilities include: * All bookkeeping requirements; invoicing & progressing, AP, AR, Cashbook and credit card reconciliations, government remittance and payroll. * All communications and requirements for the Union; remittance, new hires, reporting. * Manage, analyze, forecast all on-going projects. * Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of the business with management team. * Proactively manage workload and deadlines. * All automotive needs of staff; insurance, fuel, maintenance. * Manage & maintain all other general office requirements. * Promote and maintain positive work climate at the office Skills & Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration or Commerce * Min of 5 years of experience * Proficiency in MS Office applications * Experience with SAGE accounting software would be an asset.
