$665 · Looking for a Roommate or another couple

Hello. 'April 1st move in date Me and my Girlfriend are looking for a roommate or couple to rent out one of the 3 bedrooms in the farm house. You get your own bedroom / bathroom / living room. only things shared are the kitchen and the laundry. $665 a month plus 1/3rd of hydro every 2 months. Shaw internet 300 provided. this is a month to month agreement If a couple wants to move in the price would be $900 a month and a 1/2 hydro every 2 months. Heat pump / AC baseboard heating parking spot for 1 vehicle 75 bus stop is 2 minutes away 72 bus stop is 10 minutes away Keating co-op / keating pizza is 5 minutes away, let us know a little about yourself and when you would like to come see the place.
