$1,400 · Long term rental wanted

Hello, I am looking for a 2 bedroom rental in the Westshore community. I am a single dad with a 11 year old daughter part time (one week on one week off) and I work full time. I am sober and a non smoker, gainfully employed full time and meticulously clean. I work nights so I keep a non traditional schedule (Sunday/Monday days off, home during the day and out at night), so if you have a suite in a house you should be aware I get home from work between midnight and 2am and sleep until noon. I also travel often for work and during the summer I spend a lot of time up Island. My daughter just started middle school at Dunsmuir this year and will be going to Royal Bay for high school so somewhere in that area would be ideal. We come with a cat and BBQ and are long term tenants (have been at our current rental for 8 years) as I plan on staying out there while she is in school and as a single income household I have a max budget of $1400 all inclusive.
