Key Responsibilities: * Professionally represent Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity. * Communicate with management and customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Lead team members in demolition, contents and hazmat crews; cross-support other departments as needed. * Water extraction and removal of water damaged materials. * Follow written procedures for emergency services. * Move affected contents. * Set up and monitor drying equipment. * Application of antimicrobial products. * Keep the job sites clean and professional. * Be committed to growing your skills and moving your career forward. * Must be motivated, pro-active, and a self-starter with the desire to better yourself personally and professionally. * Ability to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. * Able to climb a ladder. * Able to lift at least 50 pounds. * Able to work in confined spaces. * IICRC certifications are preferred but not necessary. * MUST possess a valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and a clean criminal record. * This is a 24/7 business, so must be willing and able to take rotating on-call shifts. We are looking for full-time team members who want to be part of a growing team. Pay rate is $20.00 to $28.00/hour depending on experience.
