Landscape Construction Crew Member Pacific Ridge Landscapes Ltd. Two Positions - We have 1 opening for crew member with no experience and 1 opening for an senior (experienced) crew member. Our construction crew creates beautiful landscapes that include water features, patios, pergolas, boulder walls, green houses, stone staircases and so much more and we need to expand! About us: Pacific Ridge Landscapes is a passionate and discerning, full service landscape company. We are based in Sidney/North Saanich and our work takes us all over the greater Victoria area, the Saanich Peninsula, and the Gulf Islands. The Details - Each day is different and could include: Operating various tools and equipment, including: chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc. Concrete work: forming, mixing, pouring etc. Building fences, decks, pergolas, water features Tool maintenance Digging Planting garden beds Laying sod Using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying Working from blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times 
 Qualifications: Reliable, trustworthy, honest, punctual, and hard working You must be able to communicate well with others Able to lift up to 60 lbs. Be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position Valid driver's license Your own vehicle is essential Crew member - no experience needed. These are full time, year round positions with benefits after 3 months. Wage will be dependent on your skill set and will be reviewed after 3 month probation period. Starting wage in the $16-20/per hour range with no experience and $18-25 depending on experience and skill set for the senior crew member position.
