Koa - Italian Greyhound Dog

Koa is a sweet shy guy, he can be timid meeting new people but warms up with time and patience! Koa suffers from separation anxiety meaning he experiences intense anxiety when left alone. In the past he has gone with his guardian to work and found that to be a successful arrangement. Koa will need a guardian that is around frequently and has the ability to bring Koa with them when running errands. Koa would benefit from a gradual departure training program and would do well to work with an Animal Kind Trainer. This sweet fellow can be uncertain around other dogs. He has made dog friends in the past that he enjoys visiting and playing with. Koa doesn't like meeting new dogs when out walking and would prefer slow introductions over a series of parallel walks.
