$690 · July and August Sublet + Potential to Extend!

Hey folks! I am subletting 1 room in a comfortable, spacious, and bright 3 bedroom basement suite for July and August. We may be able to negotiate an early move-in on June 15 and there is also a potential to extend into the fall. The suite is a shared space and you will be living with 2 male roommates (also subletters) in their early 20's who are both students. About the suite: -Completely furnished! The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a bedside table. All you need is sheets for the bed. The rest of the suite is also furnished including pots, pans, and other kitchen gadgets, tables, chairs, etc. -There is a washer and dryer in the suite for your convenience -There is street parking available if you have a car and bike storage available in the backyard -The landlords live upstairs and they are very nice and easy-going -You also have access to the backyard which includes a patio table and chairs :) -The location is awesome! It is right near Hillside Mall which has a Thrifty's, a Shopper's Drug Mart, a Canadian Tire etc. It is also close to UVic and Camosun College Landsdowne Campus (I know most educational institutions are closed for now but just wanted to mention it). The suite is also across the street from the 14 bus route and steps away from the 4, 7, and 15 bus routes which makes it easy to get downtown (Fun fact: one time I woke up for my 7am shift at 6:54am and was only 10 mins late for work!) -The bedroom has a lot of natural light especially in the AM - good for houseplants! The rent is $690 and this includes utilities. The only thing that is not included is wifi which is an extra $20 per month. Male or female tenant, either is ok!
