Hi there! I'm looking for a spacious one bedroom or a two bedroom apartment for my partner and I, plus our two cats (who previous landlords can vouch for). We are looking for a quiet, bright space to call home for the next year (and hopefully longer), ideally in a quiet building and on a quieter street—some green space would be great as well. We are non-smokers and we own one car. We are both young professionals—Zach works in tv and film and I'm currently working at a brewery and doing the Women In Trades Training Program at Camosun (but formerly a French Teacher/server/job collector!). As Zach is finishing up a film in Ontario and I am currently staying with family in Victoria, we are flexible on move-in dates. Things that are important to us: - Cat friendly - Full kitchen (proper oven please!) - Parking (street parking is fine, but a parking spot would be great) - Bright space - Quiet building and street Other things that we would love (but could live without): - Some outdoor space - backyard or balcony - Utilities included in rent - Laundry on site We would prefer loosely to be near downtown/Fernwood to continue to get to know the city but could be open to other neighborhoods.
