$18 · Hotel Maintenance and General Maintenance Worker

TPM Properties is a property management company AND a great place to work! We are seeking a Hotel Maintenance and General Maintenance worker to join a team that is focused on keeping our properties well managed and well maintained. Primary job responsibility will be for supervised hotel and restaurant maintenance which will include: o Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings o Move furniture, equipment, and supplies o Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures o Water and tend to plants o Sweep, mop, and maintain hallways, floors, and stairs o Empty trash cans and other waste containers o Adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs o Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair o Perform minor repairs on appliances o Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas * Kitchen appliance maintenance * Use of the security system You bring the following additional skills to TPM Properties in General Maintenance so we can continue to offer the very best to our tenants and building owners in our other properties: * Lock Repairs/Replacements * Pressure Washing * Minor Gutter Cleaning * Fence Repairs * Minor Plumbing (installation of appliances, taps, etc.) * Light Electrical (change out lights/fixtures etc.) * Light Carpentry (cabinets, decks, doors, finishing) * Painting/Drywall Repair * Flooring You can work with limited supervision and are comfortable interacting with our tenants and/or owners while in our properties. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and supply their own tools.
