Head server/ Supervisor

Looking for an energetic, hard working, outgoing team player to join our very popular/ busy Restaurant. The position will be a serving job until the candidate has proven they are the right fit and have the leadership qualities to become a leader at our restaurant. As we grow we are looking for key team members to grow with us in new roles, such as supervisors, managers and other administrative roles. The head server/ supervisor role when reach can pay from $15 to $18/hr and keep in mind you still will be making your regular tips. Which can be anywhere from $12 to $30 extra a hour. Serving it right is a must. SERVING EXPERIENCE is required! EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTES: Attention to detail, pride in style and personal appearance, well groomed. Remains calm under pressure. Leadership Ability to organize and plan. Sales ability. Excellent verbal communication. Ability to maintain sense of urgency and keep momentum.
