Looking for a mature, non smoking person to rent a room in a beautiful house with myself and my school aged daughter, for December 1st. The room is furnished with a very comfy queen sized bed and other furniture. There is a private entrance that you can use from the back of the house. The house is conveniently located on a street with direct bus route, # 21 and #22. The price is all inclusive and includes laundry and wifi.
