Fiberglass technicians, gelcoat repairs

Peninsula Custom Woodwork Ltd. is looking for dedicated people to fill multiple fulltime positions.   Fibreglass laminator:   Tools - hand tools   Jobs - hand lay ups, closed cavity bag moulding, vacuum infusion, and light resin transfer molding (RTM)   Core cutter:   Tools - hand tools, small power tools, large power tools including table saw, chop saw, bandsaw, drill press   Job - be able to follow patterns to cut Balsa, Foam, Plywood, Aluminum   Assembler:   Tools - small hand and power tools   Job - assembling small parts for multiple different parts and products   Trimmer/Grinder:   Tools - 4", 5", & 7" grinders, drills, other small hand tools, air tools including die grinders, routers, saws   Job - must be able to follow patterns and drawings to prepare parts for further laminating or assemble and finishing   Finisher:   Tools - Grinders, drills, small power and hand tools, Polishers, Air tools including Dual action Sanders and Die Grinder   Job - finishing parts to specification, fine repairs to bring parts to as-new condition, ensuring all parts finished to correct Quality Assurance   Candidates must have a positive attitude, be able to work independently or in a team, be able to work under pressure and be willing to grow and learn in an ever-changing industry.   Typical work shifts are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.   Occasional overtime shifts needed as production schedule warrants.   Qualified candidates would be preferred.
