FRONT END SUPERVISOR

The Fish Store at Fisherman's Wharf is looking for someone to hire, train, and supervise a staff of 10+ cashiers. This is a full-time year-round position that continues to pay while we are closed for the off season. Responsibilities will also include, scheduling, maintaining labour costs, maintaining bar inventory and some posting on social media. This position would be ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role in a deli, restaurant, or retail environment. Food Safe Level 1 and a Serving it Right certificate are required. The successful candidate will receive a very competitive hourly wage, generous tip pool, meals, a full benefit package, year end BONUS, time off with pay over the seasonal closure and the opportunity to work in one of Victoria's busiest and most beautiful locations.
