FREE: shelter - fabric getting old

We got this from Canadian Tire, and it was great when the kids were little. We don't use it anymore, and the fabric on the top is getting pretty weak (there is a tear along the seam in on one side). Metal structure in good condition although one of the legs is a bit sticky so needs some encouragement to pull down. Thought I would put it up for free in case someone has a top and can use the metal frame or... ? Thanks :)
