FREE! Dog with pancreas issues?

PLEASE NOTE: I am not a vet. We recently had to have our old german shepherd Fahdi put down after a freak accident.When we got her from the SPCA she only weighed 51 lbs.,ribs showing, she was starving but not for lack of food,her pancreas wasn't producing the enzymes that allowed her body to get the nutrients out of her food.Our vet checked with some colleagues and the solution was pig pancreas! I would grind it up,put it in ice cube trays and store them in the freezer,she would get one (thawed) portion per meal.Her weight went up to a healthy 75 lbs. in no time.I am hoping someone out there could use what we have left (including the designated cuisinart) for their own dog.I'm not gonna lie to you,the grinding is kinda gross but isn't your best friend worth it?
