Job Description Are you between the ages of 16 and 30 and looking for a full-time job in CONSTRUCTION? BladeRunners is a FREE employment readiness program for people between the ages of 17 - 30 who have no post-secondary education, are experiencing barriers to employment and would benefit from employment support and on-going mentorship. Program Starts: February 3, 2020 The BladeRunners Program includes: *Occupational First Aid Level One certification *Forklift Training *WHMIS certification *Back & Ladder Safety *Fall Protection *Construction Site Tour *Hearing Connect *Ready to Rent *BC Federation of Young Workers *Carpenters Union Presentation *Measuring Made Simple *Employability skills workshops such as Resume Creation, Employment Plans and Interview Skills. *Assisted job search and ongoing employment mentorship *Breakfast and Lunch each day *Bus tickets to and from training *COMPLETION BONUS of $200 The BladeRunners program is two weeks of in-class training and one week of assisted job search.
