Currently furnished as photos but also with a 43" 4k Roku wifi TV included as well (not seen in photos). Available September 1, 2022 for a year lease (possibly renewable if good fit). Street parking right out front always available. Street is a quiet cul-de-sac, can smell the ocean. NO cigarette smokers - pot smokers would be requested to walk to street to smoke as there are children around. References will be requested. Ideal candidate is someone 100% sure on a one year term and willing to pay the last two months of rent as deposit. Deposit will only be asked after being discussed and meeting in person (possibly virtual) and feel free to get our references at the time. A rental agreement to be signed by both parties.
