Key Responsibilities: * Professionally represents Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity. * Complete drywall repairs to areas affected by fire or water damage. * Rough and finished carpentry. * Provide constructive feedback and direction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Willingness to travel for short periods of time and/or respond to afterhours emergencies are helpful. An Ideal Candidate: * Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team. * Has formal education in carpentry and/or drywall finishing. * Willing to assist with and respond to afterhours calls on rotation. * Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change. * Understanding of fire, water, wind, hail, mould remediation, and reconstruction is an asset. * Residential and commercial construction knowledge. * Has basic scope writing skills. * Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong work ethic with attention to detail. * Vehicle for daily use. * Clean background check.
