Subletting cozy and cute furnished 2 bedroom lower suite in character house from April 1st to September 30th (end date negotiable). Highlights: Situated in cute and friendly Oaklands, the suite is steps from local favourites The General Store and Koffi at Haultain Corners. It has brand new floors and modern finishes and appliances. It has heated tile floors in the bathroom and an in-suite laundry room with lots of storage! The separate bar and wine fridge in the dining area are a huge plus! The suite is fully furnished, except for the second bedroom, which has a built-in desk and could work great as a home office. Quirks: The ceilings are low (~6'8''), so the space probably wouldn't be comfortable for very tall folks. Situation: I've absolutely loved living in this cozy suite for the last year and a half. The neighbours are delightful and the landlords (who live upstairs) are a dream. The only reason I'm leaving it behind for a stint is because of a work opportunity. I value the house, space and my possessions greatly and am looking for a sublet who'll love it and value it, too!
