The space has a good sized kitchen with 2 larger bedrooms with lots of room for couches and activities.
There is a sauna that was previously disconnected so if you're willing to make the investment, it's yours. The property manager had given us permission to fix it with potential financial help from the owner but we just never got around to it.
The backyard is big and has a deck that was shared between us and the upstairs tenants. Roof is accessible for some epic views and star gazing.
