$1,200 · Couple Seeking Long Term Housing

Hello, My partner and I are seeking long term accommodation in Victoria or Saanich. One or two bedrooms, preferably with an outdoor space for a small container garden/seating area. Here is a little bit about us: I am a full time student, and work in a restaurant a few nights per week. My partner works in construction, and is frequently away for work. When we are home, we like to cook, garden, watch movies, do art, listen to music, etc. We go out occasionally on weekends, but very rarely have people over, as we both value or privacy and quiet time. In the warmer months we frequently leave on weekends to go camping. Not too picky on location, we currently live off of Burnside which we both like. We would love a place in Fernwood, which is close to my school and work. Open to helping out in your yard/garden or with repairs in exchange for reduced rent.
