$24 · Lead prep cook

We are currently looking to fill the role of lead prep with our culinary team. The successful candidate will be organized, calm, resourceful and have a positive attitude. The role is responsible for assisting in the prep on dedicated prep shifts. Cooking food for our buffet and line cooking on event days. You would be working alongside the chef to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize the dining experience. Knowledge of cook times for a variety of meals ensuring all items are cooked for specific service times. Duties and Responsibilities: -Organizing catering setup. -Working prep days and assisting in all aspects of production. -Making sauces, baking, and breaking down different types of meat.
