Carpenters & Apprentices

Job Responsibilities for Carpenters: * Read blueprints and competently perform tasks such as framing, cribbing, finishing and siding. * Demonstrate safe work habits and knowledge of safety rules and instructions while performing job functions * Maintain company standards, policies, and ethics. Job Responsibilities Apprentices: * Assist the carpenter during wooden construction, maintenance, and repair work * Handle the carpentry tools and use them appropriately where required * Work as per the direction of the carpenter to meet stipulated deadlines * Clean and systematically arrange equipment in the working area * Apprentices will be learning under the supervision of qualified Redseal carpenters who are eager to help you develop one's skills and autonomy in the trades. Job Requirements: · Be at least 18 years of age · Must have valid driver's license · Ability to work outdoors in all weather · Must be punctual and reliable · Must be able to work with residents, and staff of diverse backgrounds · Ability to perform constant physical labour, operate tools and machinery, and lift at least 50 lbs · Be able to work effectively in both individual and group settings **Only applicants with three references included in their resume will be considered
