Boutique downtown transactional practice with a penchant for technology seeking to expand and become full-service. Associates, Snr. Associates, Counsel, and Partners: we want you! We currently focus on transactional matters in property, commercial and wills and estates. We are very motivated to expand and become a full-service firm and therefore, are seeking practitioners with a passion for litigation. Transactional lawyers are welcome to apply as well to assist in expanding. Whilst we would prefer practitioners that are at least 3-5 PQE, we are open to discussing opportunities with more junior lawyers that have the right skills set. Fee-splits, bonuses and all compensation are commensurate with experience and subject to negotiation. The above roles are available as PT, FT and consulting contracts. The senior roles will attract fee-splits/profit-sharing arrangements, whereas the more junior roles are likely to be negotiated with a base.
