We inherited this cabin when we bought our property in Cobble Hill last year. We are rezoning the property and had it for sale last year. We were going to move it to a recreational lot, but deal collapsed. So, we are putting it back on the market. History: Cabin was originally built without a permit. But we have had it "engineer stamped" which CVRD (Cowichan Valley Regional District) where Cobble Hill belongs to is accepting. We do have the papers and will send them to interested party. So, basically, we want it moved away from our property. We have a great deal with a local house mover. So do not call the Victorian house movers, we have a better deal since we wanted to move it about 30 mns away from our property and will work with you to get the best deal possible. Which means, yes you will have to pay to move it away. If moving within CVRD, we will also work with you as we do have now great contact there.
