Apartment for Rent. This apartment is ideal for a Camosun/uvic student. Located on major bus routes and within a 15-minute bike ride from uvic and Camosun. South facing second floor unit with no units above and lots of sun in the winter. Comes fully furnished you only need clothes and bed sheets. Rent includes unlimited hot water and it has awesome water pressure and the bathroom has 2 sinks. It also has access to complex pool along with a parking space. The neighborhood is amazing with free tennis court tons of green space and grocery stores within a three block radius. Use of a common room flat screen T.V and total gym is also included. I also have lots of cooking luxuries (soda stream, instapot etc.) and the deck can be used for a hammock or little garden in the summer. The room for rent is big and has lots of closet space. The only additional costs are hydro and internet which an additional 50$/month and an annual carpet cleaning which is about 50$ for the rental but they were just cleaned last month. It's a two bedroom apartment so only two people will be using the common area. I require first last and a damage deposit. Ideally I'd be looking for someone to stay until at least May 2020 but this is negotiable. The move in date is also negotiable. No cats or dogs, it's not my personal stance but it is a complex policy. This place is ideal for a grad student looking to come in and not have to deal with much. This apartment is an amazing deal.
