Exceptional Opportunity: Victoria Ford Alliance requires a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our fast paced, high energy team. This is a full-time position located at our beautiful 4th floor main office in Victoria, BC. Principal Duties:  Prepare and post daily deposits by recording cash, cheque and credit card transactions  Assist with month end invoices, statements and account reconciliations  Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries  Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records  Manage incoming and outgoing mail We are excited to offer: This position offers ongoing growth opportunities, potential for advancement and top industry compensation including medical, dental, life insurance and a pension plan. (benefits commence after successful completion of a waiting period). Position Requirements (minimum experience): The successful applicant must be highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy. Pleasant and professional communication skills are essential as well as solid clerical and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office along with previous accounts receivable experience would be considered an asset.
