A local property development firm located in beautiful downtown Victoria is looking for an accounts payable person. Opportunity: Part-time 3 days a week, potential to go permanent Location: Victoria BC Hours: 8am-5pm, with the ability to work from home Pay rate: $20 Start: As soon as possible RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform daily accounting activities including AP invoices * Process vendor payments * Complete month and year-end closing activities * Assist in monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts * Prepare daily cash worksheet * Review and analysis of customer orders using various programs, including Excel REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize with great attention to detail * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable with Excel * Knowledge of QuickBooks If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you - please apply here today and one of our Staffing Consultants will be in touch.
