$900 · 98 Honda Accord - Needs rear brakes, otherwise great condition

This has been a great car and still runs well at 289,474km and is an automatic. The rear brakes need to be replaced before driving it again so it would be a great car for someone who can replace the parts themselves. The good news: - owned by one family for 20 years with regular maintenance. Can provide copy of all receipts. - no accidents and is excellent condition inside and out. - AC, heat, sunroof, cruise control, and CD stereo all work great - oil change in Nov 2019 and currently has 3/4 tank of gas Not so good news: - right rear brake has seized. Both rear wheels need brakes, rotors, and calipers replaced before driving it off our property. (I was quoted $300 for parts) - the power lock and window control on the drivers door do not work. Windows can all be controlled at individual doors. Locking car manually is most reliable. * Due to the current Covid-19 situation, I will limit the number of people who come to look at it and will only welcome very serious inquiries. Everyone in our home is healthy, and have been mostly in isolation.
