Slow Macbook? The best way to speed it up is by upgrading the memory (RAM). I pulled this genuine 8gb Apple Mac memory out of my 2012 Macbook pro. It works perfectly well. Great for someone wanting to upgrade from 4gb - this will make your old mac much faster! This ram will work on the following macs: 2012 macbook pro (13" or 15") 2012 mac mini 2012 iMac This ram should probably work in 2011 macs as well. However this ram will NOT work in macbook airs or the 2012 15" macbook pro with retina screens. For an extra $10 I can install for you in either a Mac mini, Macbook pro or iMac.
