We are subletting a room from January - February. You'll be living with two awesome roommates living in the upstairs suite. The house is fully furnished. The bottom suite has its own kitchen, bathroom and living room, but you're free to use the upstairs area too. The house is a short walk from Mt. Doug. The #28 and #12 buses (go downtown and to UVic) stop right in front of the house, and there's plenty of room for parking. Rent and internet is included in the price. We're also searching for a subletter for the other room downstairs from January - April if that's more appropriate for you.
