I am letting my 1991 BMW 850i V12 go up for sale, as I'm just not able to drive it as much now with a family. It has been my baby for the last 5 years, and I have taken it from needing all of the classic 8 series fixes, to excellent operating condition, with a bunch of upgrades and modifications along the way. It is a J-Spec (same as Euro Spec) 850i with an automatic transmission with sport mode, all with a mere 109000kms. At close to $100000 new, the price is right for such a rare beast, especially given the work done. The following is a condensed list of all of the work I have done. - Valve cover gaskets - Cam upper and lower gaskets - Replace all fuel hoses - Replace all vacuum hoses - Replace coolant hoses - Valley pan gasket - Replace intake boots - Intake manifold gaskets - Replace serpentine belts - Loktite and Lock oil feed Banjo Bolts - Upgrade/reroute alternator cables - Replace Pentosin reservoir filter, gasket, hoses - Replaced 12 spark plugs - New MSR coil packs - Replaced Fuel Pressure Regulators - Cleaned and R&R'ed the injectors - Replaced fuel filters - Replaced steering wheel with heated E39 unit - Replaced fuel pumps - Two new batteries - New drilled/slotted front + rear rotors - New front/rear brake pads + sensors - SS brake lines + brake fluid flush - Custom centre armrest - Heater core replacement - New secondary water pump - New starter motor - Custom install Alpine ILX-007 double din stereo - New 3-way component system in front stock locations - New 4-channel amp - Infinity Basslink Subwoofer - Install UAS keyless entry + Fob keys - TRW front shock inserts and rear shocks - Eibach front & rear lowering springs - Rear shock plate upgrade - ALL front suspension components - ALL rear suspension components - 3 piece OZ Future 3's (very rare) - E34 M5 limited slip rear differential - Chipped engine + trans - Staggered 18" M-Parallels with brand new tires Issues: lots of paint blemishes from before I bought it, was the last thing I panned to get to, a crack in windshield, slow battery drain.
