Our family of three is looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home any time after July 1. We are clean, tidy, quiet and easy to get along with. We have excellent references and professional income. We've previously owned our own home. We are looking for a main floor, duplex, or townhouse in town. Basement suites and far out of town rentals (ex. Sooke) do not fit our needs. We will need two off-street parking spaces, laundry on-site, and a pet friendly home as we have cats. Our time frame for finding a new place is open since we aren't being evicted, we just need a home that better fits our needs. Our rent has never been late (and never will be) and deposits have always been returned in full. Maximum rent per month to be $2700 or less.
