I am selling a 2008 Breckenridge park model home. This trailer is 44 ft long. The trailer is in excellent condition. We are non smokers. This model has a full kitchen with a gas stove, large convection oven and full size fridge. It has a full bathroom with a residential flush toilet and full size bath tub and shower. A nice size master bedroom with a queen size bed frame. There are 3 push outs, one in the kitchen, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The trailer comes fully furnished with a hide-a-bed couch, rocker recliner, 4 person dining room table and chairs. It also includes an electric fireplace and air conditioning. There is a fantastic fan in the kitchen and the furnace is fueled by propane. Lots of cupboard space.
Comes with 2-40lb propane tanks.
