On the #14 bus route, it's just 12 minutes from downtown shops and services, and even closer to great walking and cycling trails, the Gorge waterway, parks. One bus to UVic, Camosun, Royal Jubilee Hospital or VGH.
Mature, responsible non-smoker only. Sorry, no pets. References required. Owner lives upstairs.
Winter rates
Single: $40 per day (minimum two nights) or $240 per week.
Double: additional $10 per day
Includes hydro, cable TV, internet access; laundry facilities, fridge, toaster oven, coffee-maker, sandwich grill, kettle, china, flatware, bedding and towels.
