three adult, one dog
we are all very great people and even better tenants
we ideally would love to live rural
metchosin,langford lake,prospect lake,bear hill park,west sannich,elk lake,etc
we are also not opposed to a big/several acre property
max 25 km from downtown or on a good bus route
we need a lot of space and privacy as
we all play music,guitar,drums,horns and need the space to practice without disturbing neighbors
we are clean and courteous,all work
and are plainly good people
