WANTED: 4 Adults Looking For Peaceful New Home

One couple availible to move in ASAP due to partying roommates, and two men to move in within the next 2-3 months. We are hoping to find a one level 3 bedroom house anywhere in or surrounding Victoria City. One of the men moving in at a later date is visually impared, and the female availible to move in right away suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic pain. This is the main reson we are hoping to find something peaceful, one-level or minimal stairs, and with a backyard. All of the men have full time jobs and the female is currently on medical leave until her health improves. We just like to come home from work and relax, we are not loud, and are looking to live together to get away from partying roommates as those of us who need to focus on our health desperatly need to be able to rest and relax. Unfortunatley we do have dogs, both are fully trained and full grown and not big barkers, one medium size dog and one small, under 20lbs. if neccesary both can be in kennels when no one is home however we would obviously prefer to let them stay out in the backyard. Also, we would be willing to do some fixing-up of the house if it needs it. One of the males is a well-experienced professional painter and has no problems helping out in improving the value of his home, including a few other construction skills.
